See your stroke.
Measure what the view supports.

Your coach sees a few moments per lap. PaddleLens follows the visible movement across the usable frames, shows the measurements it can support, and gives you one practical cue in words you'd actually use. No club and no invite code needed.

The observation, separate from the verdict.

One session: annotated frames beside the measurements derived from them. The target range and score are a separate coaching layer, so you can disagree with the interpretation without losing the observed number underneath it.

The annotated samples show what the pose engine saw. Step through them in your own report and compare a derived number with the picture behind it.

A report that speaks human.

No sports-science word salad. One headline fix chosen from your weakest supported score, a cue you can try at the next session, and a history that shows the good days and the rough ones alike.

  • The one thing to work on, chosen from your weakest score — not a checklist. If your hinge and rhythm scored fine and your outside arm didn't, the arm is the only thing the report leads with
  • A colored skeleton replay — scrub your own stroke frame by frame and watch what was measured, so "your arm bends at the catch" stops being an opinion
  • The numbers beside the advice, never on top of it — key angles sit in a side panel, with a note on how much of your video could actually be read
  • Your session history, from your oldest report to your latest — private to you and your coaching staff. Comparisons are most useful when the camera view and filming setup stay alike
  • Badges for real milestones — your first report, every measured area above 7.5, a run of practices without a miss. Nothing to grind and nothing to buy
  • Across paddle craft — dragon boat, OC, surfski and kayak. Each analysis follows one visible paddler, and the measurements included depend on what that camera view can actually show

BEFORE YOU DECIDE FOR YOURSELF

What a paddler wants to know before uploading themselves

Mostly about privacy, and they're fair questions to ask before you hand anyone a video of you.

Who can see my report?

You and your club's coaching staff. Not other paddlers, and not a leaderboard — there isn't one. Badges are counts, not points, and nobody is ranked against anybody.

Do I need my club to sign up first?

No. A solo account needs no invite code and no club — upload a clip, get a report. If your club joins later, an invite code moves you across and your whole history comes with you.

Will it tell me I'm bad?

It tells you one thing to change, chosen from your weakest measured area, with a cue to try at the next session. It doesn't grade you against anyone else.

What if I leave my club?

Your account and your reports are yours. Leaving a club takes you off its roster — it doesn't touch your own training history.

Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen like any other app — no App Store, no Play Store, no Apple ID.

How to install

Using the app is free.

The app is free for you — reports, messages, practices, everything. Analyses themselves run on credit packs: if you're in a club, credits given to it can cover the whole crew; on your own, a pack of 10 costs $5. PaddleLens never charges members to use the app, though your club may separately post its own dues. And your video? Analyzed, measured, and then the file is deleted as soon as it's done. What stays is your numbers, your report, and up to 60 annotated frames so you can see what was measured — visible only to you and your coaching staff.

ON YOUR PHONE

No app store. No download.
No updates, ever.

One tap adds PaddleLens to your home screen. It opens full-screen like any other app — same icon, same feel — and it's always the current version, because there's nothing to update. Nobody on your crew has to make an Apple ID or find anything in a store.
