Club dues, from fee to paid.

Create the fee, choose who owes it and keep paid and outstanding amounts together. Online payments go to your club’s connected Stripe account.

  1. 1

    Connect your payment account

A club administrator connects the club’s Stripe account from club settings. Complete Stripe’s setup and check that payments are enabled.

  2. 2

    Create the fee

Set the amount and choose the whole club, a squad, selected members or an event. Review who will receive the fee before publishing it.

  3. 3

    Track payments

Members pay online. Record cash or other offline payments alongside them, and review paid and outstanding amounts in the club ledger.

Understand the costs before you collect

Free club software
The roster, practice calendar, messages and fee ledger have no subscription or per-member software charge.
Online payment fees
PaddleLens deducts 1% for US clubs and 3% elsewhere from club proceeds. Stripe processing fees are extra and depend on your account and payment method.
Offline payments
Recording a cash or other offline payment has no PaddleLens fee. It updates the record; it does not move money.
Separate credit balances
Club dues are payments to the club. Analysis credits pay for video analysis, and club text credits pay for optional SMS. They are different balances.

Common questions

Do we need Stripe to use the club tools?

No. Connect a payment account when you want to accept online dues. You can use the free club tools and record offline payments without it.

Where does the money go?

Online dues are charged through the club’s connected Stripe account. PaddleLens’s platform fee and Stripe processing fees reduce the club’s proceeds. Stripe manages payout availability and timing.

Are dues payments an analysis-credit purchase?

No. Paying a club fee pays that fee only. Analysis credits and club text credits are purchased separately from Credits & billing.
