Put PaddleLens on your home screen

Takes about 30 seconds. After this, the app opens with one tap — just like any other app. No app store needed.

iPhone
Safari
1

Open Safari and go to paddlelens.com.

2

Tap the Share button — the square with the arrow, at the bottom middle of the screen.

3

Scroll down the list and tap "Add to Home Screen".

4

Tap Add in the top right corner. Done — PaddleLens is now on your home screen.

5

Open PaddleLens from the new icon, sign in, then turn on notifications (Settings → Notifications) so you hear about cancellations.

Can't find it? "Add to Home Screen" only appears in Safari — not in Chrome or the Google app on iPhone.
Step 5 matters on iPhone. Apple only lets an app send notifications once it's on the home screen — from a plain Safari tab, there's nothing to switch on.
Android
Chrome
1

Open Chrome and go to paddlelens.com.

2

Tap the three-dot menu — usually top right, but at the bottom right on some phones.

3

Tap "Install app" — some versions of Chrome call it "Add to Home screen" instead. Either one is the right entry.

4

Confirm with Install (or Add). Done — PaddleLens is now on your home screen.

No such entry in the menu? Check you're really in Chrome. A link opened from WhatsApp, Messenger or Facebook opens inside their browser, which can't install anything — use that menu's "Open in Chrome" first, then start again at step 2.
Using Samsung Internet? Tap the menu at the bottom right, then "Add page to""Home screen".

Look for the paddle icon on your home screen afterwards. Tapping it opens PaddleLens full-screen and already signed in. If you get stuck, ask your coach — or send a message in the app's Feedback page.
